About the Client

Woater is a B2B software company building enterprise tools for water utilities and municipal operations teams. Their platform helps operators monitor infrastructure, manage billing, and stay compliant with regional water-safety regulations. Before this project, their web presence was a single static page that undersold the depth of their product line.

Our Process

1

Discovery

We spent the first two weeks mapping Woater's product suite and interviewing their sales team to understand what made prospects convert versus bounce. The existing site buried the product story below generic marketing copy.

2

Design & Build

We rebuilt the homepage around a clear "engineering software for the future" narrative, restructured navigation around their platform, build, and company sections, and rebuilt the CTA flow to route technical buyers straight to demos.

3

Launch & Support

We launched in stages behind feature flags to de-risk the rollout, then handed off a CMS-driven content model so their marketing team could update case studies and product pages without engineering support.

Our Relationship

Woater came to us through a referral from another SaaS client and has stayed on a monthly retainer since launch, mostly for new landing pages tied to product releases and quarterly conversion-rate reviews.
